SHOP POLICIES, SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We are an independently-run operation and we work with reclaimed materials - please understand that items may vary slightly from photos. If you have an idea for a custom order, drop us a line!
All payments are due at checkout via Paypal or Credit Card. We so appreciate your business!
Items will be shipped in 3-5 business days from when they are ordered via USPS Mail based on weight.
For questions on orders that have been shipped, please reference your USPS tracking number. If you have concerns about late or lost packages, please call or email us - ultimately, delivery issue must be resolved with USPS. If an order has been shipped, has not been delivered, and the tracking has not been updated for one week, we will initiate a claim with USPS.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed orders.
Orders are shipped to the address provided. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be reshipped or refunded.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange only. We are happy to exchange any unused, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of receipt of your order. The customer must be pre-authorized prior to sending any items back for a return. DDco Design retains the right to deny exchanges or store credit if the merchandise does not meet our return requirements. All items must have original tags and/or packaging. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping cost. Buyer is responsible for claiming orders from customs if needed, as well as any charges that may occur through customs or in the event that an order goes unclaimed and must be shipped again.
